Why won't this stuff work?

So i noticed that none of the stuff above where I'm posting works. I can't type in bold, i can't post an image/video, none of this stuff works, it's getting pretty annoying.

Nevermind, i can't believe i never tried this question mark one, it said my javascript doesn't support BBcode, or my HTML is off, just noticed my HTML still says off even though i have turned it on multiple times.
